I‑Finity is a second-generation family business that has gained many credentials since establishment in 2002. With over 50 years of combined experience in the IT industry across public and private sectors, father and son team Peter and Russ have continually adapted to meet changing customer needs.

The company started life as a consultancy delivering Service and Project Management and over the years has progressed to delivering customised technology solutions, utilising the very latest developments to offer customers value, choice and quality.

Based in the historical city of York, I‑Finity is working with customers locally and globally providing custom software development services.

As a second-generation family business, the values of our company are extremely important to us.

Russ Huntington

Russ took over I‑Finity in 2012 bringing with him the expertise he gained as a Software Engineer at Microsoft and then as Development Lead in a medium sized company within the UK Financial Services sector. During his time in Canada he developed and managed web solutions including websites, mobile and software applications across a range of industries from retail to media. Utilising this extensive knowledge and bringing it to I‑Finity to set up home in York was an easy decision. A Solution Architect who never comprises on security, scale or quality when creating software solutions. His strong technical expertise supports I‑Finity customers with investing in the right technology strategy for their business needs.

Peter Huntington

Peter started working in the industry in 1969 where he focused on his main areas of expertise, this being Project Management, Development and Implementation of major local Government Applications and Infrastructure. Within the Private sector he focused on providing Development Manager and Services Manager leadership. Peter has experienced a lot of change in the way we code and build, mostly for the better. He’s an expert in process, preparation and a stickler for making sure every project delivers for the customer. Peter continues to support and advise I‑Finity as a non-executive director.

Mandy Huntington

Mandy joined her husband and father-in-law in 2018 as Chief Commercial Officer. Bringing significant experience from her work at Microsoft, where she started at undergraduate level, Mandy has earned many roles covering everything from internal communications to partner relationships before focusing on the digital experience in the Developer Platform Evangelism Group. Looking after high-profile digital assets for key brands, Mandy then made the move to Microsoft Canada to lead their Windows phone development and support the launch of Windows 8. Back in the UK, she spent a number of years on the senior leadership team for a global language service provider, managing the technical product roadmap and development strategy. Her creative flair and strong technical knowledge is now fully focused on I-Finity’s customers, to ensure they receive the best possible support for their digital projects.
