Modern Slavery Statement

This statement is made pursuant to section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015. I‑Finity is committed to acting ethically and with integrity with all its business relationships and relates to actions and activities for financial year ending 31st December 2022.

 

I‑Finity Associates Ltd (‘the company’, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’) is committed to preventing slavery and human trafficking violations in its own operations, its supply chain and its products. We have zero-tolerance towards slavery and require our supply chain to comply with our values.

 

Organisational Structure

I‑Finity Associates Ltd has business operations in the United Kingdom. We operate within the technology and software industry. Our supply chain consists of suppliers of goods such as office equipment, computer hardware, software and services such as digital marketing.

Supply Chain

We do not tolerate slavery and human trafficking in our supply chains. As part of our commitment to being an ethical business & employer, our team undergoes employee training along with reviewing documented company policies.

 

Due to the nature of our business, we assess that there is a low risk of slavery and human trafficking occurring in our business and supply chains. However, we aim to periodically review our relevant policies and procedures to ensure that they are effective. Along with implementing any new policies should they be deemed necessary.

 

Everyone at I‑Finity has been briefed on what constitutes modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to ensuring that individuals are not subject to behaviour or threats that may amount to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, and or similar human rights abuse.
